Terms of payment
At least 30% deposit upon confirmation, non-refundable, the balance upon arrival.
How to get to S&C Private Pool
(Coming from Alabang market, take the Alabang-Zapote Rd., Landmarks on the left side are Alabang Town Center, Metro, Mcdo, Molito Mall, Madrigal Business Park, Suzuki, Caltex then turn left on Honda Phils. At the corner of Commerce Ave. and Ayala Alabang Village you will see a road going to Ayala Southvale(you are now entering Daang Hari Rd). where you will find Seaside Restaurants, Caltex, King Bee Resto, Shell, Southvale Village, Portofino Hts., Katarungan Village and Sampaguita Medium Prison( on the left side). At the intersection you will see Rustan’s Fresh, Macdo, Petron. Don’t turn right coz that’s going to Molino, Bacoor. Just cross the intersection where you will see BRITTANY PORTOFINO (they call it Daang Reyna). You will see on your right Fernbrooks (dome that looks like Araneta Coliseum, Portofino South, and at the end of Daang Reyna is Amore where you will find a rotonda-like road, Turn left on that road where you will enter an ungated village. Turn left (asphalted road) where you will find an unmanned gate (on the right is Parco Bello). You will see a flying-saucer like water tank on your right. Turn left on Ruby Park (Clover) where you will find a pink house at that corner. From that pink house, S&C is the 10th house on the left (green garage).
